I am frequently asked to help people lose weight and have now put together a programme which has proved highly successful. As one of the leading therapists using counselling in Surrey I spend time with each client discussing issues such as dieting, weight loss, image and emotions.
Many people make up their minds to lose weight and then find old habits and patterns keep them from reaching their goals.
Some of these patterns will be deeply rooted within the subconscious mind which is why we don't have to think about them - they are just automatically triggered and then seem set to sabotage our efforts to change.

The mind is like an orchestra, different parts playing different instruments at different times. There may well be a 'part' of your mind that rebels and wants to eat foods which another 'part' would rather resist and by using hypnosis you will be able to communicate with the rebel and form a compromise in order for the whole of you to achieve your goal.
