Weight Loss and Hypno-Band

As one of the leading Clinical Hypnotherapists in Surrey I am frequently asked to help people lose weight and have now put together a programme which has proved highly successful. I spend time with each client discussing issues such as dieting, weight loss, image and emotions.

Many people make up their minds to lose weight and then find old habits and patterns keep them from reaching their goals. Some of these patterns will be deeply rooted within the subconscious mind which is why we don’t have to think about them – they are just automatically triggered and then seem set to sabotage our efforts to change.

By using hypnosis and NLP to look at these patterns, and find out why we have put them there, we can break the process that will have been undermining your ability to lose weight.

The mind is like an orchestra, different parts playing different instruments at different times. There may well be a ‘part’ of your mind that rebels and wants to eat foods which another ‘part’ would rather resist and by using hypnosis you will be able to communicate with the rebel and form a compromise in order for the whole of you to achieve your goal.

Hypno-Band Weight Loss System

This is a hypnotherapy system designed to enable weight loss in the clinically obese specifically those with a high Body Mass Index (BMI). It is a combination of suggestion, visualisation and cognitive behavioural therapy techniques which, when combined, creates a state of mind where you will believe you actually have a Gastric Band fitted. You will eat smaller portions and feel full enabling you to have your hunger satisfied earlier.

The Hypno-Band system is used over four one-hour sessions and breaks new ground in the weight loss area. By finding the root cause for the client’s excessive eating habits and then discussing ways to deal with them, the client will then be given the ‘tools’ to change these habits and live a healthier and happier lifestyle. Prior to commencing the process a full assessment will be carried out followed by the use of visualisation and cbt techniques and finally hypnosis which then makes sustained weight loss possible. It is simple, easy to use, effective and client feedback is good.
